Hi, I’m Kirstin Tally, but most people call me Kay.
If your 3am thoughts are swirling with pressure, comparison, or the quiet ache of wondering if you’re the only one who feels behind—you’re not alone. Adulting can feel confusing, exhausting, and isolating. Maybe you’re grieving what was, unsure of what’s next, and craving the kind of presence that doesn’t rush the process. That’s where therapy comes in.
As a therapist, I specialize in walking alongside young adults who feel stuck in the in-between. Together, we gently name what’s swirling beneath the surface—anxiety, grief, shame, pressure—so it doesn’t stay stuck or invisible. I’m here to help you explore your story with compassion, so you can live more fully in the present with clarity about who you are and who you’re becoming.
Therapy isn’t just about solving problems. It’s about:
Building meaningful friendships and connections
Living from a place of confidence, free from old narratives
Making decisions with clarity, knowing who you are
Embracing your body as it is and being present in your life
I believe you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to bring attention to all the parts that make you, you—as you emerge into adulthood. Of all the things you can be on this journey, alone is not one of them.
Here for you always,
Kay

Your heart races, your mind loops in “what ifs,” and even when you crave connection showing up with others feels overwhelming. You do everything to quiet the chaos, hoping for relief. Instead of fighting anxiety, we get curious. Anxiety isn’t just in your head; it’s in your body. Together, we’ll explore what it’s trying to tell you, help your nervous system find a sense of safety, and create more ease, freedom, and self-trust. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Trauma isn’t just what happened to you—it’s how it lives in your body and mind. You may feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, exhaustion, disconnection, or intense emotions, wondering why it’s so hard to move forward. In therapy, we shift the question from “What’s wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” With safety and care, we’ll explore how your past has shaped you and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels whole, empowered, and free.

Figuring out adulthood can feel like assembling IKEA furniture without instructions—overwhelming, messy, and full of “am I doing this right?” moments. Therapy for adulting isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about learning to trust yourself, navigate uncertainty, and build a life that actually fits you. Together, we’ll explore things like changing family dynamics, making decisions with confidence in who you are and who you’re becoming, and growing deep, meaningful community.
