"What if your anxiety is not a mistake, but an invitation? A signal calling you back to yourself."
-Aundi Kolber, therapist and advocate for gentle, embodied healing
Anxiety has this sneaky way of turning everyday things—grabbing coffee with a friend, sending that email, showing up in a relationship—into overwhelming, exhausting, “why am I sweating?” kinds of moments. It can show up in your thoughts, your body, your sleep (or lack of it), and somehow make you feel like you’re the only one struggling. But here’s the truth: You are so not alone. Anxiety is one of the most common mental health struggles in the U.S., and if it’s showing up in your life, it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It just means you might need some space to untangle the knots.
Maybe on the outside, you look like you have it all together—organized, responsible, even the one people turn to for advice. But inside? It’s a constant churn of overthinking, second-guessing, and never quite feeling settled. If that’s you, I see you. And I want you to know: we can figure this out together.
This is a space where you don’t have to have it all together. Where you can take a deep breath, let down your shoulders, and just be. I’ll meet you here, exactly as you are.
If you’ve been trying to just get rid of your anxiety, I get it. It makes total sense—you just want to feel better. But here’s the frustrating part: fighting anxiety usually just makes it worse (ugh, I know). Instead of trying to shut it down, what if we got curious about why it’s showing up in the first place?
In our work together, we’ll take a softer approach. Instead of seeing anxiety as the enemy, we’ll learn to listen to what it’s trying to tell you. Anxiety isn’t random—it’s your nervous system doing its best to protect you, even if it’s working overtime in ways that leave you feeling exhausted.
We’ll spend time getting to know what’s happening in your body, exploring the signals it’s sending, and—most importantly—learning how to give it what it actually needs. Because when your system has been stuck in survival mode, running on stress and overdrive, rest can feel impossible. Together, we’ll work on finding moments of ease, building a sense of safety inside yourself, and—yes—finally feeling a little more okay in your own skin.
You don’t have to keep pushing through. There’s another way, and I’d love to help you find it.
If this kind of gentle, no-pressure therapy sounds like what you need, let’s connect. You can schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit and learn more about working together. Feeling better is possible—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find more healing, more freedom, and more of you.
"Your nervous system is not trying to ruin your life. It’s trying to protect you—it just needs help learning that you’re safe now."
