Good news, welcome to the process of becoming

Hey there!

I’m Kirstin Tally, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, but most people call me Kay.

I specialize in holistic trauma-informed, identity focused care for humans who find themselves in the emerging adult season of life.

Adulting is hard, isn’t it? Most of us move through our young adult years confused, anxious and questioning “what is wrong with me?” Keeping these experiences in tends to lead to feelings of isolation.

Therapy is place where you can share the whole truth about yourself and your experience. Along the way, you may just find you are exactly where you’re supposed to be, perfectly as you are. My role as a therapist and fellow human is to create a space for curiosity and exploration in your process of becoming. This journey is likely to lead to grief and questioning, and you might be surprised to find out there is so much more beauty within you than you ever noticed on your own.

I whole-heartedly believe:

You can have meaningful friendships.

In sharing your story and understanding your past you can live from now rather than through the filter of old narratives.

As you make each new decision you can do so from a confidence in who you are and who you’re becoming.

Two things can be true at the same time.

You can live freely in the body you’ve been given.

You can know yourself as a human being rather than a human doing.

I’m here to bring attention to all the parts that make you, you as you emerge into adulthood. Of all the things you can be in your adulting journey, alone is not one of them.

Here for you always!
